D2C footwear brand Neeman’s has raised $4 million (around ₹35 crore) in a Series B2 funding round to strengthen its offline retail strategy and scale operations across India.
The funding was led by SNAM Group through its investment arm, SNAM Solutions, with participation from existing investors Anicut Capital, ENAM Investments and Sharrp Ventures. The fresh capital will be used to expand Neeman’s physical store network, enhance its digital platforms, and streamline supply chain and backend operations to support growth.
As part of its expansion roadmap, Neeman’s is betting heavily on offline retail to complement its online presence, while continuing to invest in technology and logistics to improve customer experience and operational efficiency. The company expects these initiatives to drive higher repeat purchases and sustained revenue growth.
Neeman’s is targeting revenue of ₹180 crore by the end of FY26 and aims to scale to ₹500 crore in annual revenue within the next two years, supported by new store launches and growing brand traction.
Founded in 2017 by Taranjeet Singh Chhabra and Amar Preet Singh, Neeman’s focuses on comfort-led and sustainable footwear. The brand sells through its own website, online marketplaces and an expanding network of physical stores.
The company has previously raised about $9.8 million from investors including Sixth Sense Ventures, Anicut Capital and Stride Ventures. Operating in India’s fast-growing footwear market, Neeman’s competes with other homegrown brands that are increasingly gaining ground by tailoring products to local consumer preferences—an area where several global players have struggled to adapt.
