Lemon Tree Hotels Limited, India’s fastest-growing mid-scale and premium hotel chain, has announced the addition of three new properties to its portfolio, further strengthening its presence across key Indian destinations. The new properties include Lemon Tree Premier, Ayodhya, Lemon Tree Premier, Guwahati, and Lemon Tree Hotel, Morbi in Gujarat.
The Ayodhya and Guwahati properties have been signed under Development Management and License Agreements with RJ Corp Limited. Both hotels will be developed by RJ Corp Limited while leveraging the operational expertise of Lemon Tree Hotels’ wholly owned subsidiary, Carnation Hotels Private Limited.
Lemon Tree Premier, Ayodhya will feature approximately 300 rooms, a restaurant, banquet and meeting facilities, and recreational amenities including a spa and swimming pool. Situated near the Shri Ram Janmbhoomi Teerth Kshetra, the hotel is strategically located for pilgrims and travellers seeking a spiritual experience, with Maharishi Valmiki International Airport and the local railway station just 8 km and 3 km away, respectively.
Lemon Tree Premier, Guwahati will offer around 300 rooms and 50 serviced apartments with kitchenettes, alongside dining, banquet, and recreational facilities. The property is conveniently located near Lokpriya Gopinath Bordoloi International Airport (22 km) and Guwahati Railway Station (10 km), catering not only to leisure travellers but also to the growing medical tourism segment.

In Gujarat, Lemon Tree Hotel, Morbi, the company’s 11th property in the state, has officially opened its doors. The hotel offers 69 well-appointed rooms and suites, a multi-cuisine restaurant, banqueting facilities, and recreational amenities including a spa, fitness center, and swimming pool. Strategically located in the ceramic hub of Morbi, the property caters to both business and leisure travellers, with easy access to nearby industrial centres like Rajkot and Jamnagar, as well as popular local attractions.
