Hilton is expanding its brand footprint across Asia Pacific with a series of first-time market entries and regional debuts.

Hilton is set to introduce eight of its luxury and lifestyle brands into new Asia Pacific markets this year, with plans to open more than 15 additional properties across these segments in 2026.

These upcoming launches will expand its existing portfolio of over 170 operating luxury and lifestyle hotels in the region, bringing the company closer to its ambition of surpassing 250 properties within these categories in the years ahead.

Alan Watts, President, Asia Pacific, Hilton, said, “Asia Pacific remains a powerful growth engine for Hilton, and this latest wave of brand entries reflects the strong demand we are seeing from owners for differentiated, high-performing brands. We are excited to expand across key gateway cities and sought-after leisure destinations as we continue to shape the region’s hospitality landscape.”

Hilton is expanding its brand footprint across Asia Pacific with a series of first-time market entries and regional debuts. The arrival of NoMad Singapore and Signia by Hilton Tainan will mark the Asia Pacific debut of both brands, taking Hilton’s regional presence to 16 brands from its global portfolio of 27.

In South East Asia, Canopy by Hilton Bangkok Sukhumvit will introduce the brand to the region, bringing its boutique lifestyle positioning to the Thai capital. South Asia is set to welcome its first Curio Collection by Hilton and LXR Hotels & Resorts properties, both launching in Bengaluru with Slohh by Roach Curio Collection by Hilton and The Den Bengaluru LXR Hotels & Resorts.

Further strengthening its presence, Hilton will introduce two luxury brands to Malaysia in Kuala Lumpur’s Golden Triangle district with the upcoming openings of Waldorf Astoria Kuala Lumpur and Conrad Kuala Lumpur, both expected by the end of 2026. In Vietnam, NHAAN Resort & Spa Hoi An Tapestry Collection by Hilton will bring the brand to one of South East Asia’s culturally rich leisure destinations.

Alongside these forthcoming openings, Hilton has recently secured agreements for two LXR Hotels & Resorts properties in Tokyo and Hakone Gora, Japan, as well as a new Tapestry Collection by Hilton hotel in Chiang Mai. These additions further strengthen a development pipeline of more than 80 luxury and lifestyle hotels across Asia Pacific.

The latest signings build on a broader lineup announced this year, including Waldorf Astoria Goa, Motto by Hilton Sydney City Centre, Conrad Ulaanbaatar, and an LXR Hotels & Resorts property on Australia’s Gold Coast, underscoring sustained owner interest across both city and resort destinations.

Tal Shefer, Senior Vice President, Brand Management, Asia Pacific, Hilton, said, “Across Asia Pacific, we’re seeing strong momentum across the luxury and lifestyle segment of the market, driven by travelers seeking distinctive design, authentic local connections and elevated experiences. From iconic gateway cities to culturally rich destinations, our brands are expanding to meet this demand, delivering character-driven stays with the consistency, scale and service excellence that define Hilton.”

Additional openings across the luxury and lifestyle segments this year include Conrad Nagoya, which will offer convenient access to the city’s key cultural and business hubs, building on the recent debut of Canopy by Hilton Okinawa. In Thailand, Hilton is set to grow its footprint with Kahavadi Chiang Rai Curio Collection by Hilton and Nivata Koh Samui Tapestry Collection by Hilton.

In China, the opening of Xi Zhe Wuxi Curio Collection by Hilton will further strengthen the brand’s presence, while Shanghai Parkview Hotel Curio Collection by Hilton is set to launch in Pudong, drawing inspiration from local heritage and craftsmanship.
