Beyond Appliances is accelerating its omnichannel expansion strategy with plans to launch more experience stores across Mumbai, New Delhi, Chennai, and Pune in the coming quarters.
The smart kitchen technology brand has now opened a new experience store in Bengaluru’s Bommanahalli area, marking its second outlet in South India after receiving encouraging response from its Hyderabad store earlier this year. The expansion forms part of the company’s nationwide offline retail strategy focused on immersive and experience-led consumer engagement, especially among urban buyers seeking hands-on interaction before investing in premium home technology products.
Unlike a traditional retail showroom, the Bengaluru outlet has been designed as a fully functional kitchen setup aimed at showcasing product performance, usability, and convenience in real-life scenarios.
Bengaluru, which also serves as the company’s headquarters market, has emerged as Beyond Appliances’ fastest-growing consumer market and the largest contributor to its South India sales. Backed by sustained traction through general trade channels in the city, the company identified Bengaluru as a strategic location in its offline growth roadmap.
South India currently accounts for nearly 40 per cent of Beyond Appliances’ overall revenue, underlining the region’s significance in the brand’s long-term expansion plans. Building on this momentum, the company expects the new Bengaluru store to deepen customer engagement and help drive nearly two-fold year-on-year regional growth over the next 12 months.
“Bengaluru has consistently been one of the most forward-looking markets for smart home technology in India,” said Eshwar K Vikas, Founder & CEO of Beyond Appliances. “Consumers here have shown strong adoption towards smart and experience-led home technology, along with a clear preference to experience products firsthand before making a purchase decision.”
Beyond Appliances is set to further scale its offline retail network with plans to launch additional experience stores across Mumbai, New Delhi, Chennai, and Pune in the coming quarters.
The planned expansion is part of the company’s wider omnichannel growth roadmap for the next 12–18 months, aimed at strengthening its physical retail footprint across India, especially in tier II and tier III markets. Although close to 80 per cent of the brand’s current revenue comes from online channels, Beyond Appliances sees strong long-term potential in experience-driven retail and intends to gradually move towards a more balanced business mix, with offline channels expected to contribute nearly 60 per cent of total sales alongside continued digital growth.
Driven by its innovation-led product strategy and omnichannel approach, the company plans to expand consumer reach, strengthen market penetration across regions, and reinforce its positioning as a technology-focused home appliance brand in India.
